Description
G6E-HFSG epoxy is intended for applications requiring a high-performance bond or connection of electrically conductive components/materials which operate at higher temperatures and require low electrical resistivity. G6E-HFSG is a two-component adhesive that is both flexible and has excellent electrical conductivity. This makes it well suited for bonding dissimilar materials that are likely to be subjected to vibrations, temperature vibrations, temperature variations, shock from impact, bending, and mechanical stress. We use a proprietary mix of silver and graphene materials to formulate an adhesive with an outstanding combination of flexibility and low electrical resistivity. Graphene fillers add superior durability, fatigue, and crack resistance. OPERATING TEMPERATURE: up to 260°C (500°F)

PRODUCT INFORMATION
TWO COMPONENT SYSTEM: Part A – silver paste, Part B – silver paste.
THE MIX RATIO: Mix 100 (Part A) to 50 (Part B) by weight.
CURING INSTRUCTIONS: Best results are obtained when the product is cured as follows:
- 2 hours @ 150°C/302°F.
COLOR: Silver
POT LIFE: 4-6 hours
GLASS TRANSITION TEMPERATURE: 10°C/50°F
MIXED VISCOSITY: 270 - 300 Pa·s @ 25°C / 77°F
HARDNESS, SHORE: <90A
DENSITY: Part A 2.7 - 2.9 g/cm3
Part B 3.6 - 3.8 g/cm3
VOLUME RESISTIVITY: < 3x10-4 Ω·cm at 150°C curing temperature
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: 6 months @ 25°C / 77°F in unopened, unmixed containers. Stores and ships at room temperature. No freezing is required.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Stir both components before use. Add Part B to Part A and mix slowly until uniform in a separate container.
SAFETY & HANDLING: Always read the SDS for both Part A and Part B before use. Use the product with adequate ventilation. Keep away from sparks and open flames. Avoid prolonged contact with skin and breathing of vapors. Wash with soap and water to remove from skin.
PACKAGING: Part A and Part B (packaged in individual jars). This epoxy can also be supplied with various packaging options, according to customer needs.
