Analytical and Quality Control Laboratory

Our production and QC facility is located in Ronkonkoma, NY. Graphene Supermarket’s research team operates within a state-of-the-art analytical and materials testing laboratory to perform the certification of raw materials used for production and quality testing for the end-product formulations and composites. 

Our in-house analytical capabilities include:

Materials Processing

Graphene Oxide

Our state-of-the-art chemical reactors are designated for graphene oxide (GO) production. A multistage purification process achieves the highest quality of the material. GO is offered in R&D quantities in the form of aqueous dispersions, pastes, dried and reduced powders, and aerogels. Bulk quantities and custom formulations are also available. 

CVD and Thin Film Processing

Our facility is equipped with a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Furnace for graphene growth and a wet lab for graphene wafer processing. Single and multilayer films can be deposited on various substrates such as glass, quartz, flexible polymers, and silicon wafers.

Polymer Composites

Our team has developed in-house expertise and an extensive IP portfolio in advanced graphene-based functional composites such as thermoplastics and thermosets such as epoxies.  Our expertise includes formulations that use graphene as an additive in laminated carbon fiber and fiberglass composites. Our facility is equipped with a pilot-scale twin-screw extruder and various mixing equipment for resin processing. We welcome inquiries related to joined R&D projects and custom materials development.
